The Sunflower Knit (Pullover or button-up) Handmade to order

Sunflowers represent happiness and adoration, so I couldn’t think of a better design to make for our precious little ones. It’s the ultimate happy piece of clothing. Choose the style & colour of your knit ( the example is sage) and we will finish your piece with hand embroidered sunflowers & personalisation in our signature hand-embroidery.
This piece would make the perfect birthday outfit to celebrate your little ray of sunshine. Some of our customers have displayed their knits in frames once they are outgrown, a lovely way to remember those precious early years.
Variations
Available in your choice of coloured yarns- please see specific colour chart in the images. If there is a particular shade you desire that isn't listed, please get in touch. Each piece is tissue wrapped and boxed. Due to the handmade nature of these items each piece may differ slightly. If in the unlikely event a shade of yarn is unavailable, we will endeavour to match with the next closest shade possible.
Hand embroidered sunflowers are embroidered in alpaca blend yarn. Choose 4 sunflowers on the front of your piece, or 8 in total on the front & back.
Care & Materials
This design can be made in a baby soft acrylic yarn which has a ‘merino feel’ or a natural Cotton or alpaca blend (See the alpaca listing for this option). We have chosen the standard acrylic fibre for it’s durable and practical properties. Children’s everyday-wear can soil easily and this yarn is especially easy to care for. If you would like us to knit your piece in merino wool in a similar shade, we can do so for an additional £20. (Please add note in customer comments and we will be in touch after you have placed your order)
We advise hand washing due to the alpaca embroidery. Hang or lay flat to dry.
Please note that as these items are personalised and demand a lot of time and care to make, they are not eligible for a refund unless faulty.
Sizing
Our sizes are fairly true to size however as all children vary in different shapes and sizes, we would always advise sizing up if you are in doubt. Sleeves can be rolled back and it insures your little one has as much wear from their precious piece as possible.
